Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 25, 2026
1. Introduction
ACTsavi ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website or services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information through:
- Website analytics, only with your consent. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not load any analytics script or set any analytics cookies unless you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you click Necessary Only, close the banner, or take no action, no analytics script runs and no analytics data is collected from your visit.
- Contact form submissions, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name (optional)
- Service interest
- Message content
- Appointment scheduling. If you book a consultation through our website, the scheduling service collects your name, email address, and any information you provide when booking.
3. Cookies and Analytics
Cookie consent is required before any analytics run. The first time you visit our site, you will see a cookie banner with two choices: Accept or Necessary Only. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the banner does not reappear on every page.
If you click Accept: We load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ZPG2CW64N2) with the following privacy-protective settings enabled:
- IP anonymization is on, so we only see approximate (city or region level) location, never your full IP address.
- Google Signals is disabled. This means no cross-site tracking, no remarketing audiences, no demographics or interests reporting, and no cross-device tracking.
- Ad personalization signals are disabled. Your visit is not used to personalize ads on Google's network.
- Analytics cookies set in your browser include
_ga and _ga_ZPG2CW64N2. These contain a randomly generated identifier and timestamp data used solely to attribute page views to a single visit. They expire after up to two years.
What we receive from this is limited to aggregate traffic data: which pages were visited, time on page, approximate location, device/browser type, and referring source.
If you click Necessary Only (or do not interact with the banner):
- No Google Analytics script is loaded.
- No
_ga or _ga_ cookies are set.
- No page views, events, or other data are sent to Google Analytics from your visit.
- The only data stored on your device is a single local-storage entry recording your consent choice, so we do not show you the banner again.
Changing your mind: To revoke a previous Accept, clear your browser's local storage for our site (or use your browser's site data controls). The banner will reappear on your next visit and you can choose Necessary Only.
Opting out completely: If you prefer no analytics whatsoever, you can:
- Click Necessary Only on the cookie banner.
- Use private/incognito browsing mode.
- Install browser extensions that block analytics scripts.
- Contact us to request exclusion from analytics.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Analyze traffic and improve website functionality
- Understand user behavior patterns to enhance user experience
- Respond to your inquiries and provide requested services
- Develop and improve our services
- Communicate with you about our services when appropriate
5. Managing Cookies
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time by clearing your browser's cookies or adjusting your browser settings. For details on how to do this, please refer to your browser's help documentation.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate this website:
- Google Analytics 4 for aggregate website analytics (only loaded with your consent, configured as described in Section 3). Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Cloud Functions and Google Workspace (Gmail API) for processing and delivering contact form submissions.
- Firebase Hosting for serving this website. Firebase produces server-side request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) which are retained according to Google Cloud's standard log retention.
- Cloudflare and Google Fonts CDNs for delivering stylesheets and fonts. These CDNs may log request metadata as part of their normal operation.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties for their marketing purposes.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information collected through contact form submissions and appointment scheduling for a maximum of 2 years from the date of collection.
Google Analytics data, when collected, is retained for 2 months (the Google Analytics 4 default) before automatic deletion. We have not extended this retention period.
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@actsavi.com.
8. Security Measures
We implement appropriate measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
9. California Privacy Rights
